Hello Neighbors,

My wife and I just moved from Thailand to the Tulare Hill Townhouse complex ( Santa Teresa and Cheltonham ). I grew up in San Jose but my wife is Thai, and new to the area. She spends most of her time taking care of our 3 month old however, I am sure she would welcome the company of a Thai speaking woman from time to time. My question is, do we have any Thai neighbors that would enjoy visiting during the day ?
