Subj: Blocked sidewalks

Hi,
What can be done to encourage owners to trim back their bushes and trees that encroach on the sidewalks? On Purple Hills Drive there are two homes near mine where the landscaping extends half way across the sidewalk making it impossible for two people to walk side by side on the sidewalk.
