You need a reality check. Allowing your cat to roam at large is illegal, not to mention extremely rude.

If anyone of those animal rescue foundations want to rescue the cat, the correct way to handle it is for them to pick it up from the Animal Shelter. There are hundreds of cats there waiting for them to show up.

Properly transferring strays to the Animal Shelter is the proper thing to do and a benefit to the community. Releasing cats into our neighborhoods to become feral is not acceptable.
