Subj: Old IBM land on Cottle Road in South San Jose

What is the status of the development plan for the fenced in land on Cottle Rd.? Only Lowe's was built and the rest of the land is still just sitting there, and has been for years now. Are we ever going to get the major Grocery store as originally planned?
